Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MedPrepOnline ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the MedPrepOnline website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Content & Courses
Course Access
Upon enrollment in a course (free or paid), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Content Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Download, copy, or distribute course materials without authorization
- Record, screen capture, or create derivative works from video content
- Share your account credentials or course access with others
- Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials
- Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures
Certificates
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates represent completion of educational content and should not be misrepresented as professional licensure or accreditation unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of MedPrepOnline or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Trademarks: "MedPrepOnline" and our logo are trademarks of MedPrepOnline. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
User-Generated Content
By posting content on our Platform (comments, forum posts, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating our Platform.
Payments & Refunds
Pricing
Course prices are displayed on the Platform and may be subject to change. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are exclusive of any taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment Processing
We use secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Less than 30% of the course content must have been accessed
- Certificates must not have been issued for the course
- Refunds are not available for courses obtained through promotions or bundles
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
User Conduct
When using our Platform, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Post or transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's security or integrity
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Engage in academic dishonesty, including cheating on assessments
- Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users
- Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At your request
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate
- Any defects in the Platform will be corrected
- The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDPREPONLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
- Any content obtained from the Platform
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.
