How do I create an account on MedPrepOnline?
Creating an account is easy! Click the "Sign Up" button on the top right of any page, enter your email address, create a secure password, and fill in your professional details. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once verified, you can start exploring our courses immediately.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on "Login" and then select "Forgot Password?" Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Can I change my email address or profile information?

How do I delete my account?

Can I access courses on mobile devices?
Absolutely! MedPrepOnline is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. You can access all course materials, watch videos, and complete quizzes on any device with an internet connection.
How long do I have access to a course after enrolling?
Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to the course content, including all updates and additional materials added by the instructor. You can learn at your own pace and revisit the content anytime.
What happens if I fail a quiz?
Don't worry! Most quizzes allow multiple attempts. You can review your answers, revisit the course material, and retake the quiz. The passing score and number of attempts vary by course and are displayed before you start.
Can I download course materials for offline viewing?
Downloadable materials (PDFs, documents) are available for most courses and can be accessed offline. However, video content requires an internet connection for streaming to protect intellectual property.

Yes! Each certificate includes a unique verification URL and can be easily shared on LinkedIn, other social media platforms, or added to your CV. Simply click the "Share" button on your certificate page.
The video is not playing. What should I do?
First, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Ensure you have a stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended). Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari recommended). If issues persist, contact our technical support team.
